Etniklik ve uluslararası ilişkiler

Bu çalışmada etnik varlık üzerinden yaşananlara ve uluslararası mekanizmaların işleyişine bakmaya çalışacağız. İmparatorluklar sonrası Ulus devletlerde ve Küreselleşme sürecinde, etnisitenin süreçlerdeki rolüne bakmaya çalışacağız. Etnisite, ulus-devlet ve küresel süreci anlamaya çalıştık. Etnik gurupların dış politikada baskı ve yaptırım aracı gibi kullanılmasının ortaya çıkardığı sorunlar, etnik varlığın demokraside yaşanan sorunlara etkisi, etnik kimlik ve ekonomik, sosyal ve toplumsal statü arasındaki bağların diplomasiye yansımaları ele alınmıştır. Etnik varlığın, nasıl zenginlik olmaktan çıkarılarak, sorun haline dönüştüğü ile ilgili ulusal - uluslararası örnekler ve sorun yaşayan ülkelerin yöneticilerimi bu süreçteki rolleri anlaşılmaya çalışılmıştır.
