“bilginin efendileri”: epistemik cemaat

Bu çalışmanın amacı bilimsel bilgiyi üretmekten sorumlu olan epistemik cemaatler hakkında geniş bilgi vermektir. Epistemik cemaat; kavram olarak yeni olmasına rağmen, yüzyıllardır var olan bir yapıdır. Özellikle 16. yy'dan itibaren yaygınlaşmaya başlayan Epistemik cemaatin güçlü olması gerçeği, üretilen bilgiyi de sağlam kılar. Epistemik cemaatin onaylamadığı bilgi, bilimsel bilgi kabul edilmez. Paradigma kavramı ise özellikle epistemik cemaatin merkezidir. Çünkü bilimsel bir bilginin ortaya konabilmesi için, epistemik cemaat üyelerinin paradigma etrafında toplanmaları gerekmektedir. Diğer bir ifade ile, paradigma çözüldüğü an bilimsel bilgi ortaya çıkacaktır

The focus of this study is to give a broad information about epistemic community which are responsible for the production of scientific knowledge. Although epistemic community is a new concept , it have existed for centruies. The fact that the Episdemic community which began to spread in 16. Century is powerful make it certain that the knowledge it produced is strong. The knowledge which is not approved by episdemic community is not accepted as a scientific knowledge. There is a concept of paradigma at the center of the community. Since The members of the episdemic community should gather around paradigm in order to produce scientific knowledge. In other words, scientific knowldge will emerge when a paradigm resolves.
