Küresel kriz, küresel yoksulluk ve işsizlik sorunu: sistem içi restorasyon yeterli mi?

Küresel krizden çıkışın başladığı günümüzde, kriz sonrası piyasaların istikrarına odaklanılmakta ve çoğu kez küresel yoksulluk ve işsizliğin artması gibi sosyoekonomik sorunlar göz ardı edilmektedir. Bu noktada, çoğunlukla kriz sırasında piyasaların canlanması için uygulanan genişletici ekonomi politikalara, ne zaman son verileceği tartışılmaktadır. Diğer yandan krizlerin ağırlaştırdığı; küresel işsizlik ve yoksulluk gibi reel sorunların çözümü ile çözümün sistem içinde mümkün olup olmadığı tartışması daha az gündeme gelmektedir. Bu bağlamda, bu çalışmada, öncelikle küresel krizle birlikte ağırlaşan sosyoekonomik sorunlara değinilmekte, ardından küresel kriz nedeniyle açıklanan önlem paketlerinin etkinliği yanında, sosyo-ekonomik sorunların giderilmesinin/azaltılmasının maliyeti üzerinde durulmaktadır. Ayrıca konunun etik boyutu ve kapitalist sistemin kriz oluşturmaya eğilimli iç dinamikleri altında oluşan sosyo-ekonomik olumsuzlukların sistem içi restorasyonla çözüm imkânı tartışmaya açılmaktadır.

Although recovery period has started against global crises, socio-economic problems such as global poverty and increase in unemployment have been generally ignored and have been focused on stabilization of the markets. At this point, policymakers have mostly discussed the right time for ending expansionary economic policies that had been implemented to vitalize markets during the crisis. On the other hand, debates on global poverty and unemployment problems that consisted of real dimension of the crisis have been rarely discussed. In this study, firstly, the main socio-economic problems that increased with the enlargement of the global crisis have been emphasized. Secondly, it has been focused on the efficiency of recovery plans that implemented by the governments. And finally, the cost of eliminating or decreasing socio-economic problems has been discussed. Whether socio-economic problems that flourished in the crisis could be eliminated by the contribution of intra-systemic restoration and the systemic problems in capitalism together with the ethic side of the crisis also debated in this study.
