2007/08 küresel krizin bir çözümlemesi ve yerleşik iktisat paradigmasında yeni arayışla

2007/08 küresel krizin 1929 Büyük Buhran’ından bu yana görülen en şiddetli kriz olmasının yanında ayıt edici en önemli özelliği, bir bütün olarak kapitalist sistemin sınırlarına ulaşıp ulaşmadığı yönünde ciddi tartışmaları da tetiklemiş olmasıdır. Bu noktada dikkat çekici bir ayrıntı da, sisteme yönelik eleştirilen ilk defa yerleşik iktisat ideolojisine sahip iktisatçılar ve politika yapıcılar tarafından da açık bir şekilde dile getirilmesidir. 2000’li yıllardan itibaren dünya ekonomisinde yaşanan ve “Great Moderation” olarak nitelendirilen büyüme ve istikrar sürecinin ardından yaşanan kriz aynı zamanda finansal sermayenin hızla yükseldiği bir dönemde, doğrudan kapitalizmin finansallaşma sürecinin bir ürünü olarak ortaya çıkmıştır. Bu noktada çalışmanın amacı, krizin kapitalist sisteme içkin bir kriz mi yoksa daha önceki krizler gibi sistemde ortaya çıkan geçici bir sapma mı olduğunun ortaya konması ve bu çözümlemenin ardından yerleşik iktisat paradigmasında ne yönde gelişmelerin olacağına dair tutarlı bir değerlendirme yapabilmektir.

In the process which we are experiencing, besides being the most severe crisis seen since the Great Depression, the most distinctive characteristic of this last crisis is that it has triggered the serious discussions about whether the capitalist system, as a whole, has reached its limits. Another remarkable detail at this point is that the criticisms against the system are, for very first time, also articulated by economists and policy-makers who have the ideology of the mainstream economics. However, this last crisis broke out after an period of growing and stability which has been experienced in the world economy as of 2000’s and has been called “Great Moderation”. At the same time, this crises which broke out in the period in which the financial capital has been swiftly scaled up has been appeared directly as a product of financialization process of the capitalism. At this point, the aim of this study is to present it is whether a crisis that is intrinsic to the capitalist system or a temporary deviation that occurs in the system like the previous crisis. Presenting this analysis, this study also aims to give a viable foresight about the developments that might occur in the paradigm of mainstream economics.
