2005 fen ve teknoloji dersi öğretim programinin uygulanmasinda karşilaşilan sorunlar ve öğretmen gözüyle çözüm önerileri

1957 fen eğitimi açısından bir dönüm noktasıdır. Rusların uzaya, uzay aracıfırlatmasıile başlayan teknoloji üretme yarışı, etkin insan gücü yetiştirmek amacıyla fen müfredatlarıgeliştirme noktasında odaklanmıştır. Ülkemiz de bu gelişmelere ayak uydurabilmek için 2005 yılında Cumhuriyet tarihinin en büyük reform hareketi olma iddiasıile yapılandırmacıeğitim felsefesine dayanan programıuygulamaya sokmuştur. Bir eğitim programının etkililiği, uygulamasındaki başarıya bağlıdır. Bu bağlamda, yapılan çalışmanın amacı2005 yılında hayata geçirilen Fen ve Teknoloji öğretim programının uygulanmasıesnasında karşılaşılan güçlükleri ele almak ve karşılaşılan güçlüklere yönelik öğretmen görüşleri çerçevesinde çözüm önerileri geliştirmektir. Araştırma tarama modeline dayanan bir durum çalışmasıdır. Araştırma 2010-2011 eğitim yılında 48 fen ve teknoloji öğretmenin katılımıyla Bingöl il merkezinde gerçekleşmiştir. Bu amaçla araştırmacıtarafından 5’li likert tipi 48 maddeden ve 4 açık uçlu sorudan oluşan bir ölçek geliştirilmiştir. Ölçeğin cronbach alfa katsayısı0,932 olarak bulunmuştur. Ölçekten elde edilen veriler kazanımlar, içerik, öğrenme-öğretme ve değerlendirme alt boyutlarıgöz önüne alınarak sınıflandırılmışve elde edilen nicel veriler spss 16.0 paket program kullanılarak yüzde, frekans, aritmetik ortalama ve standart sapma değerleri belirlenerek betimlenmiştir. Açık uçlu sorulardan elde edilen nitel veriler ise betimsel analize tabi tutulmuştur. Elde edilen bulgular öğretmenlerin yeni programın kazanımlar ve içerik boyutunda az sorunla, öğrenme-öğretme süreci ve ölçme-değerlendirme boyutunda ise nispeten daha fazla sorunla karşılaştıklarınıgöstermektedir. Araştırma kapsamında öğretmenlerden gelen görüşler doğrultusunda çözüm önerileri sunulmuştur.

The 1957 is a milestone for science education. The technology producing race that has began with sending first spacecraft into space by Russians, many countries focus on developing science curricula in order to train effective human power. To keep up with these developments; in 2005 "constructivist" educational philosophy based program has been put into practice, which is one of the greatest reform movements in history of the Republic of Turkey. Effectiveness of a training program depends on the successful implementation. In this context, the purpose of this study, to reveal the difficulties encountered during the implementation of science and technology curriculum that has been put into practice in 2005, and to develop solutions to these challenges within the framework of teachers' views. Research is a case study based on the scan model. The research took place in 2010-2011 with the participation of 48 science and technology teacher. To thisend, 5-point likert-type scale consisting of 48 items and 4 open-ended questions were developed by researchers. The Cronbach's alpha coefficient was measured as 0.932. Data that was gained from scale was classified as taking into account the sub-dimensions that are content, teaching-learning and assessment. Obtained quantitative data's percentage, frequency, arithmetic mean and standard deviation values were determined and depicted by using SPSS 16.0 package program. The qualitative data that are gained from open-ended questions was been subjected to content analysis. Based on the findings, Teachers faced with fewer problems in terms of the gains and content of the new program; on the other hand, in terms of teaching-learning process and assessment they faced with more problems relatively. Within the scope of research; on the basis of opinions from teachers, proposals for solutions were presented.
