Kur’an öğretimi ve hafızlık eğitimin üzerine bazı düşünceler

Kur'an'ı Kerim, kendine ait özellikleriyle vahiy süreci içerisinde hem yazım (kitabet) hem de okuma (kıraat) yoluyla tespit edilmiş ilahî bir kitaptır. Arap dili ile nazil olmasına rağmen, okuma bakımından normal bir Arapça metnin okunuşundan farklılık arz eder. Onu insanlara ilk olarak okuyan Hz. Peygamber (a.s)'ın okuyuş tarzından hareketle bir takım kurallar ortaya konmuştur. Bu kuralların yer aldığı bir ilim dalı olan tecvid'in ana konusu harflerdir. Harflerin mahreçlerinden çıkartılması ve okuma esnasında almaları gereken sıfatlarının kendilerine verilmesinin ehemmiyeti kadar, harekelerine göre seslendirilmeleri de o derece önemlidir. Harfin mahrecinden çıkarken, sıfatlarına göre hançerenin ayarlanması mahareti demek olan seslendirme, okumada mümkün olduğu kadar ses birliğini sağlayacak ve Kur'an kıraatini hatalı okuyuşlardan koruyacaktır. Bu husus Kur'an öğretiminin ilk basamağını oluşturmaktadır. Ardından ancak, diğer öğretim kurallarına geçilecektir. Kur'an'ın okunması kadar, onun ezberlenmesi de (hıfz) önemlidir. Gerekli alt yapının oluşturulmasından sonra ancak ezberleme merhalesine geçilmelidir. Cüz sonlarındaki sahifelerden başlayarak, sahife başından sonuna doğru ezberlemek üzere, parçadan bütüne prensibine bağlı kalınarak ezberleme yöntemi diğer yöntemlere göre daha verimlidir. Ezberleme ameliyesinde öğrenci kadar öğretmenin de gayreti önemlidir.

The Holy Qur'an is a divine book which was established through writing and recitation with its unique characteristich in the period of revelation. Altough it was revealed in Arabic, in recitation it shows differences from the recitation of ordinary Arabic text. Several rules have been put down by taking the recitation of the first reciter prophet Muhammed (pbuh) as a model. These rules are collected by the science of Tajweed which primarily studies the letters. During the recitation it is important to produce the sound of letters from the proper places (makhraj) by giving necessary attributions to them as well as sounding them according to the wovels. While producing sound of a letter it is vital to adjust the larynx according its attributions. This voicing will provide the voice unity in the recitation and will save the Qur'anic recitation from defects. This consists of the first step in teaching of Qur'an. Other rules of teaching follow this. Memorizing of the Qur'an is as important as its recitation. After establishing a base comes the memorizing. One starts from the last pages of the chapters (juz) moving toward the beginning. This is called the method of from pieces to the whole. This method proved to be more practical than others. In the process of memorizing effort of the instructer is as important as the students.
