Sınıf öğretmeni yetiştirme programında yer alan derslerin öğrenilme düzeyleri

Bu çalışmanın amacı, sınıf öğretmeni yetiştirme programında yer alan, YÖK’ün belirlediği 56 dersin öğrenilme düzeylerini ve ders gruplarının öğrenilme düzeyleri arasında anlamlı bir farkın olup olmadığını belirlemektir. Araştırmada survey yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Veriler, Demirci Eğitim Fakültesi’nden mezun konumundaki son sınıf öğrencilerinden toplanmıştır. Araştırmaya, ankete gönüllü olarak cevap vermek isteyen birinci öğretimden 152, ikinci öğretimden 144 öğretmen adayı dahil edilmiştir. Programda yer alan 56 ders öğretmenlik yeterlilik alanlarına göre; konu alan bilgisi, alan genel kültür, eğitim bilim, öğretim bilgisi, mesleki uygulama ve formasyona destek dersleri olmak üzere 6 alt gruba ayrılmıştır. Ankette öğrenilme düzeyleri düşük (0), orta (1), iyi (2) ve çok iyi (3) kategorileri ile belirlendi. Veriler SPSS paket programından yararlanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Her bir dersin öğrenilme düzeylerine aritmetik ortalama ile ve ders grupları arasında öğrenilme düzeyleri açısından anlamlı farkın olup olmadığına ise, t testi ile bakılmıştır.

The purpose of this study is to identify the learning level of the 56 courses which were identified by Turkish Higher Educational Council (YOK) in the elementary school teacher training programs and to determine if there is a significant difference among the level of the learning of the course groups. The study involved surveys as method of data collection. The data were obtained from senior students at the end of their last semester at Demirci Faculty of Education. The subjects included a total of 296 students, 152 day and 144 evening students, who voluntarily responded to the questionnaires. Fifty-six classes in the curriculum were grouped under six categories as knowledge on specialty area, specialty area general culture, educational sciences, teaching, practicum, and supplemental teacher formation courses. The levels of learning were measured as low (0) medium (1) good (2) very good (3). The survey results were analyzed through SPSS. The level of the learning for each course was measured by mean scores, and the difference between the course groups was determined by t-test.
