Etkili okulun eğitim-öğretim süreci ve ortamı boyutlarının nitelikleri

Etkili okul, birey ve toplumun eğitim-öğretim isteklerini en üst düzeyde gerçekleştiren öğrenci merkezli çağdaş bir eğitim-öğretim kurumudur. Eğitim-öğretim süreci ve ortamı boyutları etkili okulun önemli boyutlarındandır. Eğitim-öğretim ise planlı ve amaçlı sosyal bir girişimdir. Bu sosyal girişimin etkili ve verimli olabilmesi için, planlanmış bir eğitim-öğretim sürecine ve amaca uygun donanımlı eğitim-öğretim ortamına gereksinim vardır. Bu çalışmanın amacı, etkili okulun eğitim-öğretim süreç ve ortamı boyutlarının niteliklerini açıklayarak önemini vurgulamaktır. Bu nedenle, makalenin birinci bölümünde etkili okulun eğitim-öğretim sürecinin nitelikleri, ikinci bölümünde etkili okulun eğitim-öğretim ortamının nitelikleri vurgulanmaya çalışılmıştır. Effective school is a contemporary and student centered education organization which has realized the education demands of individual and society in the highest level. Educational process and medium are important dimensions of effective school. However, education is a planned and aimed social activity. This social activity needs having a planned educational process and suitable equipped educational medium for the aim to be effective and productive. The aim of this article is to emphasize the importance in realization of effective school’s educational functions explaining the qualities of educational process and medium of effective school. Therefore in the first section of the article the qualities of an effective educational process of effective school, in the second section of the article the qualities of an effective educational medium of effective school have been tried to emphasize and in the last section of the article conclusions and end about the subject have been given.
