Türkçe öğretmeni adaylarının takım oyun turnuvaları tekniğinin uygulanmasına yönelik görüşleri

Bu araştırma, işbirliğine dayalı bir öğretim tekniği olan takım oyun turnuvaları tekniğinin "Etkili Takım Çalışması" dersinde uygulanması sürecinin, öğretmen adayları tarafından algılanışını ortaya koymak için yapılmıştır. Çalışma 50 kişiyle, haftada 2 ders saati olmak üzere 6 hafta boyunca yürütülmüştür. Uygulama öncesi Öğrenci Bilgi Formu aracılığıyla 5'er kişilik heterojen 10 grup tespit edilmiştir. Araştırmada betimsel tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Türkçe öğretmeni adaylarının takım oyun turnuva tekniği uygulamalarına yönelik görüşlerini tespit etmek için araştırmacı tarafından bir anket hazırlanmıştır. Anketin Cronbach Alpha güvenirlik katsayısı 0.80'dir ve anket 13 soru içermektedir. Öğrencilere uygulanan anketten elde edilen veriler SPSS 10.0 programı kullanılarak yüzde frekans yoluyla analiz edilmiştir. Öğretmen adayları, tekniğin uygulandığı grup çalışmalarından sonra birlikte çalışma, ortaya bir ürün koyabilme, bireysel ve sosyal güven ve olumlu bağımlılık açılarından olumlu görüş belirtmişlerdir.

This research has been carried out for exposing the perception of team games tournaments technique that lean cooperative learning approach by Turkish teacher candidates in the process of "effective teamwork" lesson. The study has been pursued with fifty persons during seven weeks as two hours per week. It has been fixed ten heterogeneous groups consisted of five persons by the means of Student Information Form before the application process. Descriptive survey method has been used at the research. It has been applied a survey to students for putting forth the impact of this technique on their work attitudes-behaviors and their thoughts about the process of working. The survey's Alpha reliability coefficient is 0.80 and survey contains thirty eight questions. Data obtained from the survey has been analyzed by using SPPS 10.0. After the group works in which the technique applied, the teacher candidates have indicated positive opinions about working together, producing cooperatively, individual and social confidence and positive dependence.
