Sünnetin temellendirilmesi açısından haşr, 7. âyeti

Sünnet’in dinde hüccet teşkil ettiğine ilişkin tartışmalarda, Kur’ân’dan birtakım âyetler delil olarak getirilmiştir. Bunların başında; “Peygamber size neyi verdiyse onu alın, size neyi yasakladıysa ondan da sakının” (Haşr 59/7) âyetinin yer aldığını söylemek mümkündür. Ancak, günümüzde İslâmî literatüre yönelik tenkit zihniyetinin geliştirilmesi sonucunda, geçmişte kullanılan argümanlar tek tek sorgulanmaya başlanmıştır. Dolayısıyla mezkûr âyet de bu süreçte tartışmalara yeniden konu olmuştur.
Çalışmamızda, sahâbe ve hatta Hz. Peygamber tarafından âyetin nasıl anlaşıldığını araştırılması hedeflenmiştir.

Some verses of the Qur’an have been brought as evidence of the arguments that sunna constitutes the proof in the religion. It is possible to say that, of these verses, the leading one is as follows: “And whatsoever the Messenger gives you, take it; and whatsoever he forbids, avoid it.” However, as a result of the fact that a critical attitude towards the Islamic literature has been developed in recent years, the arguments used in the past have begun to be discussed and inquired one by one. So the above mentioned verse has become the subject of the discussions in this process.
Our study is intended to investigate and find an answer to the question of how this verse was understood by the Prophet’s friends and even by him.
