Osmanlı toplumunda devlet ve ulema

Bu çalışma, patrimonialism tartışmaları çerçevesinde, Osmanlı devletinin doğasını ve onun toplumun diğer kesimler, özellikle ulema sınıfıyla olan ilişkisini değerlendirmeye çalışır. Bu amaçla, çalışma İslam dünyasında, Nizamiye Medreselerinden Osmanlı medreselerine değin eğitim sisteminin gelişimini etkilemiş faktörleri, özelliklede siyasal olanını göstermeye çalışır. Aynı zamanda, çalışmanın temel konusu olan, klasik dönemde Osmanlı devletinin ulema ile olan ilişkisi incelenmiştir

This study based on the contours of the discussions of patrimonialism aims to evaluate the nature of the Ottoman state and its relationships with other sections of the society, in particular the ulema class. For this aim, this study tries to point out the factors, especially the political ones that were effective on the development of education system in the Muslim world from Nizamiya Madrasas to Ottoman ones. At the same time, the nature of the relationship between the Ottoman state and ulema in the classical age was scrutinized as the main issue of this study.
