Mu’tezile’nin adalet anlayişi ve sosyo-politik nedenleri

Mu’tezile mezhebi, İslam tarihinde, İslami meseleleri ele alıp tartışan ilk İslami ekollerden biridir. Bu ekol, kendi düşünce sistemini oluştururken bir takım felsefi, ilmi ve akli ilkeleri kullanarak  Kur’an  ve  Sünnet’i  yorumlamış  ve  o  yorumlar neticesinde  ortaya  çıkan  sonuçları beş temel prensip olarak belirlemiştir. Bu prensiplerden biri de “Adalet” prensibidir. Adalet prensibi, cebri anlayışı benimseyip, onu saltanatın koruyucusu olarak kullanan ve devletin resmi ideolojisi haline getiren Emeviler’e, bir tepki olarak ortaya çıkmıştır. İktidarın cebir ideolojisine karşı çıkan Mu’tezile, kader antitezi ve hürriyet fikri ile kendini göstermiştir. Halkı yönetime karşı duyarlı olmaya davet eden bu yaklaşım, iktidarı, yaptığı bütün uygulamalardan sorumlu tutmayı öngörmekteydi. Dolayısıyla Mu’tezile’nin adalet anlayışının asıl ortaya çıkışı, özgür iradeyi savunmasıyla paralel olmuştur. Esas itibariyle siyasi kökenli dini karakterli olan bu anlayış, Kur’an’dan iktibaslarla kelami bir görüş haline gelmiş ve onların vazgeçilmez beş temel ilkesinden biri olmuştur. Biz bu çalışmamızda Mu’tezile’nin adalet anlayışı ve o anlayı-şın sosyo-politik nedenleri üzerinde durduk. Mu’tezile’nin “adalet prensibi” şüphesiz bir takım sosyo-politik düşüncelerin tesirinde kalmıştır. Bu prensibin ortaya çıkmasını sağlayan nedenler çalışmamızın konusunu oluşturmuştur.

Mutazila is one of the first school taking over the Islamic issues in the history of the Islam. While creating its sistem of though, the school used a number of philosophical, scientific and rational principles to make comments on Quran and Sunnah and the results were determined as a set of five basic principles. One of this principles is “Justice”. The principle of the Justice has emerged as a response to the Umayyads who accepted forcing understanding and thus using it as the official ideology to guard the state. Mutazila, being oppossed to the forcing ideology of the state, manifested itself in antithesis with the idea of the fate and freedom. This approach that invites people to be sensitive to the management envisaged to keep the power in charge of all the applications. Therefore, the actual emergence of the justice concept of Mutazila has been parallel to the defence of the freedom will. In the essence, this understanding, having political origins and religious character, turned into theology by taking quatitions from the Quran and it became one of indispensible basic principle of five. In this study, we emphases on justice understanding of Mutazila and society-political reasons it. Without doubt, Mutazila’s’ “principle of justice” has been under influence of a number of socio-political ideas. Finally, the reasons for the emergence of this principle has been the subject of our study.
