One of the most important sources of organizations which aiming to achieve their objectives by producing goods and services is human source working in organizations to get individual purposes. The quality of work life supplies very important advantages to workers, to organizations and then to the society. In this study mobbing, commitment and job satisfaction concepts which have significant effects on work life quality have been handled. The data of the study were collected from the nurses working in the Research Hospital of Atatürk University in October, 2011. As a result of the study it is found out that mobbing have negative relationships with commitment and job satisfaction while there is a positive relationship between commitment and job satisfaction. Another result is that the level of commitment and job satisfaction of nurses differ according to their academic qualifications
