Islâm amme hukuku tarihinde bir dönem noktası: sakîfetu benî saîde

Sakîfetu benî Sa‘îde İslâm Amme Hukuku açısından önemli bir dönüm noktasıdır. Dikkatle incelendiğinde bu toplantının fıkıh, kelam, mezhepler tarihi, siyaset gibi hemen bütün İslâmî ilimler açısından çok büyük bir öneme sahip olduğu görülecektir. Sakifetü Beni Saide toplantısı ve bu toplantının sonucunda meydana gelen gelişmeler İslâm siyasî tarihinin şekillenişinin nasıl gerçekleştirdiğinin anahtarlarını içinde barındırmaktadır. Bu makalede Hz. Muhammed dönemi Arap-İslâm toplumunun siyasal yapısı tahlil edildikten sonra, Sakîfetu benî Sa‘îde toplantısı ve sonuçları değerlendirilecektir.

Shady spot of the Saide son (Sakifetu Benî Saide) is one of the important turning points in the Islamic Law. Close examination reveals that this meeting is very important for all Islamic disciplines such as fiqh, kalam, history of sects, and politics. This meeting and its consequences give us hints about how the Islamic political history was shaped. We analyzed the political composition of the Arab-Islam society in the period of the Prophet, and then the consequences of the Shady spot of the Saide son.
