1879–1909 yılları arasında osmanlı bürokrasisinde görev almış erzurumlular

Bu makale Erzurum’un 1879-1909 yılları arasındaki kültür, sanat ve devletin taşra teşkilat yapısıyla ilgili, biyografik yönü ağır basan, bir ön çalışma olup, Başbakanlık Osmanlı Arşivi’nde bulunan Sicill-i Ahvâl Defterleri üzerinde yapılan araştırmalar neticesinde, sözü edilen yıllarda, Osmanlı Devlet Dairelerinde görevli, Erzurum doğumlu memûrlar tesbit edilmiştir. Şimdilik hem Sicill-i Ahvâl Defterleri’ni tanıtma, hem de Erzurumlu memûrların kısa öz geçmişlerini sunmak gayesiyle altı yüz otuz beş memûrun; adı, baba adı, doğum yeri ve tarihi, belge referans numarası alfabetik olarak verilmiştir.

This article is a preliminary study, concentrating on biographical situations, on the culture, art, and provincial organization structure of the govemment in Erzurum in the years between 1879 and 1908. Therefore, as a result of the researches done on notebooks of registered situations in the Premiership Ottoman Archives, the employees born in Erzurum and on duty in the Ottoman government offîces in the years mentioned above were determined. For the time being, with the intent ofboth introducing the notebooks of registered situations and presenting brief biographies of the employees from Erzurum, the names, fathers’ names, mothers’ names, places and dates of birth, and document reference numbers of the six hundred employees were given alphabetically.
