Sağlık turizmi işletmelerinden yararlanan müşterilerin beklentilerinin belirlenmesine yönelik bolu ilinde bir araştırma

Sağlık turizmi ve medikal turizm son yirmi yıldır özellikle tüm dünyada gelişme göstermiştir ve alternatif bir turizm türü olarak ön plana çıkmaya başlamıştır. Ancak bu gelişmeler ve sağlık turizmine olan talep artışı rekabet ortamını da beraberinde getirmiştir. Sağlık turizmi alanında hizmet veren işletmelerin sayısının artışı; misafirlerin seçiciliklerini de arttırmıştır. İşletmeler; misafirleri cezp edebilmek adına farklı arayışlar içindedirler ve bu çerçevede öncelikli olarak misafirlerinin istek, beklenti, memnuniyet ve şikâyetlerini dikkate almaktadırlar. Bu çalışmada; Türkiye'de gelişmekte olan sağlık turizmi ve özellikle termal turizm konusunda Batı Karadeniz bölgesindeki durumun irdelenmesi ve bölge için alternatif gelir kaynağı oluşturabilecek bir turizm türü olarak sağlık turizmine katılanların beklentileri ve memnuniyet düzeylerinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmaktadır. Çalışma evrenini Batı Karadeniz bölgesinde faaliyet gösteren Turizm Belgeli sağlık turizmi tesisleri oluşturmaktadır. Örneklemini ise Bolu ilinde yer alan sağlık turizmi tesislerinden faydalanan misafirler oluşturmaktadır. Çalışmada veri toplam tekniği olarak anket uygulaması yapılmıştır. Elde edilen veriler SPSS programıyla vasıtasıyla analize tabi tutulmuştur

Health tourism and medical tourism have developed for last twenty years throughout the world and started to take its position in global sense as an alternative tourism. However these developments and the increase of demands in the health tourism have brought a competitive realm. The increase of the companies that give services in the area of health tourism has increased the selectiviness of the guests. The companies are in the different searches so as to fascinate the guests and consider firstly the expectations, contentments and complaints of the guests in this context. This study aims to focus on the health tourism that has developed in Turkey especially the thermal tourism in Black Sea region and to define the contentment and expectation levels of the attendants to the health tourism which is considered as an alternative source for income profit for the region. The health tourism companies in the Black Sea region form the workplace. The guests that utilize from the health tourism companies in Bolu form the sample. A survey is applied as a data technic in the study. The datas acquired have been analyzed via SSPS programme.
