Yabancılaşma, kurumsal değerler ve duygu yönetimi denklemi

İnsanlık tarihi kadar eski bir olgu olan eğitim, sürekli yenilenerek tanımlanmaktadır. İnsanlığın ihtiyaçları bu şekillenmede temel etken oluşturmaktadır. Eğitime aracılık eden kurumlardan biri olan okullar, çeşitli öğelerle, eğitimin amacına hizmet etmektedir. Bu hizmetin kalitesi, kurumda yetişmiş öğrencinin niteliğini belirleyebilmektedir. Günümüzde örgüt hastalığı olarak belirtebileceğimiz "yabancılaşma" olgusu, okullarda da sıklıkla gündeme gelen bir konudur. Özellikle okul yöneticileri ve öğretmenler, farkında olmadan dahi, bu sürecin bir parçası olmaktadırlar. Bu çalışmanın konusu, eğitimde yabancılaşma sürecine girmiş ya da girmek üzere olan kurumlar için, yabancılaşma sürecinde kurumsal değerlerle duyguları yönetebilmedir. Çalışmanın amacı, yabancılaşma, kurumsal değerler ve duygu yönetimi denklemini betimlemektir. Bu amaç doğrultusunda yabancılaşmanın, değerlerin ve kurumsal değerlerin önemi ve duygu yönetiminin gerekliliği üzerinde durularak, okullara yönelik betimsel bazı sonuçlar verilmiş ve önerilerde bulunulmuştur.

Education, a term as old as human history, is continuously defined by renewing. The needs of mankind form a basis for this process. The school, one of the institutions forming the education, serves a purpose for the education with variety factors. The efficiency of this service can reveal the quality of the students qualified in an institution. The term of alienation, defined as an organizational sickness nowadays, is a subject becoming a current issue frequently in the schools. Especially the administrators and the teachers, even reluctantly, become a part of this process. The scope of this study is to control the emotions with institutive values in the process of alienation for the institutions having entered or being on the verge of entering in the process of alienation. The aim of the study is to depicture the equation of alienation, institutive values and emotion management. In accordance with this purpose, by emphasizing the alienation, the importance of values and institutive values and the necessity of emotion management, some desrciptive results and suggestions have been offered to the schools.
