The importance of education in establishing the futures of the nations’ cannot be denied as the importance of teachers in the shaping of education process. Teacher is the most crucial component of learning and instruction. A qualified process of learning and instruction can be established by the qualified teachers. Accordingly, teacher education is becoming more of an issue. Besides the quality of teacher education, it is important for a teacher candidate to possess the required abilities and skills of the teaching profession. Therefore, teacher education institutions should consider criteria examining personal abilities as well as their academic GPAs in enrolling teacher candidates. The investigation of teacher education system of the countries which are seen successful in international student assessments and learning and instruction system is important. Moreover, making inferences from these investigations are also important. In this study, basic descriptive analysis and document analysis as a qualitative method is utilized.
