Ethical dilemma occurs in the face of a situation for which there are two or more possible undesirable options. Individuals experience ethical dilemmas in their daily or business lives and try to cope with them. The aim of this study is to determine the preschool teachers’ approaches and attitudes towards professional ethical dilemmas. The study population consists of the teachers working at preschool education institutions. To collect the data, fifteen preschool teachers were pre-interviewed and five most frequently encountered ethical dilemmas were determined. Case studies involving these ethical dilemmas were created and the teachers were asked to write out what they will do or why they chose these solution(s) when they face with such a situation. The data obtained were analyzed using content analysis method. Data analysis revealed that teachers have introduced different opinions about accepting the precious gifts from the parents of students, attitude towards to his/her colleague’s negligence and interference to the students who were exposed to violence in the family.
