The developments in Information Technology area made possible to use computer aided structures in Computer Based Education (CBE); even the modules being created are implemented teaching actions in many areas without educator and directly interaction with human – computer or human – distant server. This process affects the learners who has role both a part in this process and added-value. In this context, we have tried to evaluate learner groups’, who have experienced all kind of educational activities, ideas about CBE, and investigate the changes occurred after the educational process. With the random selection of sample, a survey, which evaluates basic ideas for CBE of the students attending Basic Computer Technologies lessons, was applied, and the learning levels were measured by pre–test and post–tests about educational contents. The obtained data were correlated the relation between ideas about CBE and learning levels.
