Meslek liselerindeki programlama temelleri dersi programinin değerlendirilmesi

Bu araştırmada; Meslek Liseleri Bilişim Teknolojileri Alanında okutulmakta olan Programlama Temelleri dersi öğretim programının, bu dersi okutan öğretmen ve öğrencilerinin görüşlerine göre değerlendirilmesi yapılmıştır. Meslek Liselerinde 2011-2012 eğitim öğretim yılındaki görev yapan ve Programlama Temelleri
dersini okutan öğretmenlerin ve öğrencilerinin, Programlama Temelleri dersi öğretim programı hakkındaki görüşlerini ortaya koyabilmek amacıyla, programın hedef, içerik, öğrenme-öğretme süreci ve değerlendirme etkinliklerine yönelik sorulardan oluşan anket hazırlanmıştır. Araştırmanın evrenini Ankara ilinde bulunan Meslek Liseleri Bilişim Teknolojileri Alanında Programlama Temelleri dersini okutan öğretmenler ve öğrencileri oluşturmaktadır. Anket 51 öğretmen ve 338 öğrenciye uygulanmıştır. Cevaplanan anketlerin tamamı analize uygun bulunmuş ve araştırma kapsamında SPSS 20 bilgisayar sisteminde çözümlenmiş; verilerin frekans, yüzde, standart sapma ve ortalamaları hesaplanarak, tabloları oluşturulmuştur. Araştırma sonucunda öğretmenlerin modüllerde yeterince örneğe yer verilmediği ve programdaki hedeflerin öğrenci zihinsel gelişimine uygun olmadığı görüşünde oldukları ortaya çıkmıştır. Öğrencilerin tüm boyutlara daha çok katılıyorum şeklinde cevap verdikleri ortaya çıkmıştır. En kısa sürede laboratuvar imkanlarının ve kaynak modüllerin yenilenmesi
çalışmaları hızlandırılmalıdır.

In this research, the evaluation of Programming Primitives course cirriculum in terms of the teachers’ and their students’ opinions giving that course at Informatics Technologies Field of Vocational High Schools has been examined. The questionnaires which consisting of the questions about the cirriculum’s aim, content, learningteaching process and the evaluation activities has been carried to put forth the opinions of the teachers and students about the Programming Primitives course cirriculum. The teachers working and giving the course in 2011-2012 academic year in Informatics Technologies Field of Vocational High Schools and their students have
participated in this study. The questionnaires has been applied to 53 teachers and 350 students in these schools. Because all of the questionnaries have been analysed as frequency and percentage via the statical analysis programme which were called as SPSS 20 (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences).Result of the
study of teachers' modules have not been provided enough examples of the opinion that they have emerged and accordance with the mental development of the student teachers did not consider the program has been revealed that the targets and accordance with the mental development of the student teachers did not consider t he p rogram h as b een r evealed t hat t he t argets. I a gree w ith a ll o f t he s tudents r eplied t hat t hey appeared more dimensions. As soon as the renovation of laboratory facilities, and resource modules work should be accelerated.
