The purpose of the study is to determine of primary teachers opinions related to supervisors’ level of realizing roles in guidance and training and inspection and evalution. Within the context of the study, ıf teachers’ opinion differ according to seniority, educational level and branch was investigated. The sample of the study comprised 562 primary teachers by random sampling method, in Malatya during 2011-2012 semestr. Datas were analyzed by mean, standart deviaton and Anova.. Results showed that according primary teachers opinion supervisors roles are part-appropriate. Also it was found that there were statistically meaningful differences between teacher perceptions in terms of seniority, educational level and branch variables.
