This study have been conducted to determine creativeness level of Science and Technology Teacher Candidates according to their perception; to determine whether there is any difference according to their class level, age, parent education situation, income situation of the family in scanning model. 199 students who are educated in Kırıkkale University, Science and Technology Teaching Department, normal and evening education in 2011- 2012 education – teaching year Fall Semester composed the sample of the study. Student Identification Form and Creativeness Scale ‘How Creative Are You?’ that was adopted to Turkish by Aksoy (2004 ) were used as data gathering tool in the study. Average, One-way analysis of Variance was used at the data analysis; Tukey HSD test was used at Post Hoc processes. In accordance with analysis results of the study, it has been determined that there was meaningful difference regarding to class level, age, mother education situation variables of Science and Technology Teacher Candidates; but there wasn’t meaningful difference regarding to father education situation and income situation of the family variables of Science and Technology Teacher Candidates.
