Bilgisayar teknolojilerinin kullanımında etik ve karşılaşılan sorunlar

Doğrunun ne olduğunu tespit etmeyi kapsayan, hayat tarzı, eylem kuralları olarak nitelendirilen etik, bilişim teknolojilerinin gelişmesiyle ve sanal ortamda sosyal ağın ivme kazanmasıyla en çok tartışılan konular arasında yer almaktadır. Etik ilkeleri ve kuralları benimsemiş kişilerin varlığı hem ailelerin hem de profesyonel eğitimin desteğiyle mümkün olabilmektedir. Özellikle de profesyonel eğitim ve eğitim programlarının etik kuralların benimsenmesinde ve karşılaşılacak etik ile ilgili sorunlarla nasıl başa çıkılabileceği konusunda önemli ölçüde etkili olmaktadır. Bilgi toplumunda bilgiye ulaşma ve üretilmesinde temel araç haline gelen bilgisayar teknolojileri, bilgisayar teknolojilerinin kullanımında etik üzerinde özenle durulması gereken noktadır. Bu araştırma, nitel araştırma desenine bağlı eylem çalışması temelli durum çalışmasını kapsamaktadır. Araştırma, öğretim teknolojileri ve materyal tasarımı dersi alan öğrencilerin bilgisayar teknolojilerinde etik ve sorunlar konusundaki tecrübe, görüş ve düşüncelerini ortaya çıkarma ve etik konusuna yönelik farkındalık kazandırmayı amaçlamaktadır. Kişisel görüş raporları aracılığıyla toplanan nitel veriler, içerik analizine bağlı değerlendirilmiştir. Araştırma, bilişim teknolojilerinde etik ve etik kurallar eğitiminin önemini vurgularken, araştırma sonuçları bilgisayar teknolojilerinde etik sorunların yaşanmasına etkisi olduğu ortaya çıkarmıştır. Öğretmen adaylarının özellikle sanal iletişim, sosyal ağ ve internet, haberleşme kapsamında sıkıntı yaşadıklarını ortaya çıkarmıştır. Bu bağlamda, teknolojinin eğitimden ayrılmaz bir parçası olması sebebiyle teknoloji eğitimi ve etik konusunda eğitim programlarının zenginleştirilmesi gerekmektedir.

Including to determine what it is right, life style and the rules of action is considered as ethics, which is most debated issues in these days as the information technologies develop and the social networks gain valuable momentum in virtual environments. The existence of individuals who have embraced ethic principles and rules are enabled by the collaborative support of families and professional education / training. Professional education / training is significantly influential in embracing ethic rules and how to manage future ethic problems. Ethics of using computing technology is a delicate issue that should be taken under consideration when it comes to the use of computing technologies as the main tool for accessing and producing data. This research includes a case study based on a qualitative research pattern. This study aims to raise awareness to the subject of ethics in term of students' experiences, opinions and thought about the issues of ethics and problems with the students of education technology and material design course. Qualitative data collected through personal opinion reports, which were evaluated by depending on the content analysis. While research emphasizing the importance of education of ethics and ethical principles in information technology, research results revealed that there is the effect of the emergence of ethical issues in computer technology. The study revealed that teacher candidates experienced with the difficulties especially virtual communication, social networking, internet and scope of the communication. In this context, due to technology is an integral part of education, there is needed to enrich technology education and training programs on ethics.
