Işletmelerin lojistik faaliyetlerinin rekabetçi perspektifte değerlendirilmesi: üretim işletmeleri üzerine bir uygulama (evaluation of the logistic activities of the businesses with a competitive perspectives: a study on producers)

Global rekabet koşullarında başarılı olmak isteyen işletmeler, çeşitli yeteneklere sahip olmanın yanında mevcut yetenekleri stratejik bakış açısıyla ve sürekli bir şekilde sistematik olarak geliştirmek zorundadır. Lojistik faaliyetlerin işletmelerin gelir ve maliyet düzeylerine önemli etkiler yapması ve katma değer yaratan faaliyetlerden oluşmaları rekabete yeni bir boyut getirmiştir. Bu noktada, lojistik faaliyetlerin başarılı bir şekilde gerçekleştirilmesi işletmelerin rekabet gücünün geliştirilmesinde büyük önem taşımaktadır. Söz konusu önem doğrultusunda lojistik faaliyetlerin rekabette başarılı olabilmek açısından kritik başarı faktörlerinin belirlenerek bu faktörlerin geliştirilmesine ağırlık verilmesi gerekmektedir. Bu çalışmada, lojistik faaliyetlerin rekabetçi bakış açısıyla ele alınarak ön plana çıkan faktörler belirlenmeye çalışılmaktadır.

Firms which want to be succeed in the conditions of global competition, have to develop their current competencies besides they’re having various competencies systematically in a continuous way. It’s a new dimension for the competition that those logistical activities have important effects on income and cost levels of the businesses and also they consist of activities create added values. On this point, performing of the logistic activities successfully has a great importance in developing the competitive form of businesses. For having a success in logistic competition according to underlying importance, it is needed to be determined the critical success factors and also to be given significance with those factors. In this study, it is tried to be determined leading factors of he logistics by having those factors in a competitive perspectives.
