Seramik ve çini sektöründe faaliyet gösteren işletmelerin karşılaştıkları sorunlar ve beklentileri

Seramik ve çinicilik sektörü özelde Kütahya, genelde ülke ekonomisi içinde önemli bir yere sahiptir. Geleneksel sanatlar arasında yer alan sektörün Kütahya'daki durumunun ve sorunlarının tespiti ve çözüm önerilerinin sunulması yararlı olacaktır. Bu amaçla çalışmamızda bir anket formu hazırlanmış ve Kütahya'da faaliyet gösteren işletmelere uygulanmıştır. Elde edilen anket formları SPSS 15 paket programında değerlendirilmiştir. Böylece çalışmada sektörün ve sektörde çalışanların genel profili ortaya konmuştur. Ayrıca sektörün üretim ve pazarlama problemleri tespit edilmiş ve konuyla ilgili çözüm önerileri sunulmuştur.

Ceramics and tile sector has a significant place in economy specifically in Kütahya and generally in Turkey. It will be useful to determine the state and problems of the sector in Kütahya which is among the traditional arts and to purpose suggestions to solve the problems. A survey was prepared for this purpose and it was applied to the businesses in Kütahya. The results were evaluated with the help of SPSS 15 package programme. Thus, the general profile of the sector and its workers were revealed. Moreover, the production and marketing problems of the sector were determined and solution suggestions were proposed.
