The aim of this study is to determine the cynicism and organizational cynicism trends of academicians at the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences at Suleyman Demirel University. For this purpose, while the cynicism is analysed using the scale developed by Wrightman (1992), for the organizational cynicism, Brandes’s (1997) scale is prefered. The data obtained in this field study is processed and the results are interpreted through the frequency, factor and correlation analyses.
