Yetişkin eğitiminde hedef kitle

Örgün eğitim kurumları dışındaki yetişkin bireylerin sahip olduğu bilgi ve becerilerin yenilenmesi ve geliştirilmesi yetişkin eğitimi ile sağlanmaktadır. Yetişkin eğitimi, yetişkinlerin yeteneklerini geliştirmelerine, bilgilerini artırmalarına, mesleki yeterliklerini iyileştirmelerine olanak sağlayan sistemli ve düzenli eğitim süreçlerinin tümünü ifade eder. Bu çalışmada, yetişkin eğitiminin temel ilkeleri sıralanmış, yaşam boyu öğrenme ve yetişkin eğitimi ilişkisine değinilmiştir. Yetişkin eğitiminin felsefi boyutu ele alınarak yetişkin eğitiminin gerekliliği irdelenmiştir. Yetişkin eğitimi etkinliklerinin planlı, programlı ve sürekli olması gerekmektedir. Yetişkin eğitimi ile ilgili eğitim etkinliklerinin planlanmasında her şeyden önce bu etkinliklerde hedef grubu oluşturan yetişkinin kim olduğu ve yetişkin özelliklerinin neler olduğunun bilinmesi gerekmektedir. Bu bağlamda, yetişkin eğitiminde hedef kitleyi oluşturan yetişkinlerin fizyolojik, psikolojik ve toplumsal özellikleri irdelenmiştir.

To refresh and develop the knowledge and skills of the adults who are out of formal education institutions was ensured by adult education.Adult education means all the systematic and methodical training process which enables the adults to develop their abilities,to raise their knowledge,to improve their occupational qualifications. In this study the basic principles of adult education is lined up and it is touched on relations between life long learning and adult education It is explicated on the necessity of adult education by the argue of philosophical dimension of adult education. The activities of adult education must be planned, programmed and ongoing. During planning the activities about adult education in the first instance it is necessary to know who is the adult that compose the target group and what are their characteristics. In this context it is explicated physical, psychological and social characteristics of the adults who compose the target group of adult education.
