Algın öğrenme teorisi yaşam boyu değişerek ve gelişerek öğrenme (öğrenmeye sosyal psikolojik bir bakış)

Bu çalışmada, yaşam boyu eğitim ve öğrenmenin temel özelliklerini sergileyen algın (informal) öğrenme tanıtılmıştır. Algın öğrenme üzerinde ayrıntılı bir şekilde durulmuştur. Algın öğrenme süreci, bireysel bir öğrenme süreci olarak bireyin öğrenme sürecinde seçimler yapması ve tam kontrolün bireyin kendisinde olması bakımından yaşam boyu öğrenme sürecine (yazılı materyallerin okunması, gerçek ya da sanal kişilerle iletişim kurulması, deneyim değişiminin yaşanması ve hataların öğrenilmesi gibi konularda…) tam bir örnektir. Çalışma sonunda, bu kuramın etkili öğrenme, sınıfça değişme/dönüşme ve işlevsel okul gibi konularda eğitime önemli katkıları olabileceği değerlendirilmiştir. Ayrıca, algın öğrenme süreci, yani yaşam boyu eğitim bilgi ve iletişim teknolojilerinin önemini vurgulamaktadır.

This paper exhibits basic features of lifelong education and possible forms of learning. Informal learning is elaborated in more details than other forms. The process of informal learning is a real example of lifelong education where an individual has total control over the learning process and its results by choosing learning forms that suit them best at a particular time (reading the written materials, communication with people from their real or virtual surroundings, exchange of experiences, learning on mistakes...). The paper emphasizes the importance of information and communications technologies in the process of informal learning, i.e. lifelong education. It is argued as a result of this study that this theory may contribute to education in issues like effective learning, changing/transforming as a whole class, and functional schooling. In addition, emphasizes the importance of information and communications technologies in the process of informal learning, i.e. lifelong education.
