Beden eğitimi öğretmenlerinin mesleki sorunlarının cinsiyet faktörü açışından değerlendirilmesi

Bu araştırma; beden eğitimi öğretmenlerinin mesleki sorunlarını tespit etmek amacı ile yapılmıştır. Araştırma grubunu 50‟si erkek,45‟i bayan öğretmen oluşturmuştur. Veri toplama aracı olarak güvenirlik katsayısı r=.84 olan likert tipi bir anket kullanılmıştır. Verilerin analizinde;frekans, yüzdeler ve iki bağımsız değişken arasındaki anlamlılık testinden (x²) yararlanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda öğretmenlerin önemli mesleki sorunlarının olduğu belirlenmiş ve bu sorunların önem sırası da tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca, sorunlar açısından erkek ve bayan öğretmenler arasında 9 önermede fark bulunmazken 3 önermede cinsiyet açısından anlamlı farklar olduğu tespit edilmiştir.

This study is prepared to analyze the way the physical education teachers approach to subjects related to their profession and to state their major problems.95 teachers, (50 male and 45 female) are chosen as the sample. In data analysis, frequency, percentages, variance and correlation test between two independent variables (x²) are statistically analyzed. This study has analyzed the situation of the physical education teachers and found out that they have problems in the areas covered by thesis. It has been found out that approaches and problems of male and female teachers are similar. Statistically for most of the questions, there is not significant difference between the two genders (9 questions), for some of the questions(3 questions), an insignificant difference has been found in between the two genders.
