Bölgesel eşitsizliklerin sağlik göstergeleri ile analizi: manisa ilinin sağlik statüsü

Türkiye’nin en temel sorunlarından birisi bölgelerarası eşitsizliklerdir. Bireylerin yaşamlarını sağlıklı bir şekilde sürdürebilmeleri için, sağlık hizmetleri arzı ve bu hizmetlerden yararlanma potansiyeli, bölgenin sosyal gelişme düzeyini yansıtan unsurlar arasındadır. Ayrıca sağlık personelinin gelişmiş bölgeler doğrultusundaki tercihi, illerin sosyo-ekonomik gelişme düzeyi ile de doğrudan ilişkilidir. Sağlık göstergeleri kalkınma düzeyini belirleyen temel faktörlerden biri olduğundan, sağlık hizmetlerinin yetersizliği, kalkınmayı negatif yönde etkilemektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, sağlık göstergeleri ile Manisa ilinin sağlık statüsünün tespit edilmesidir.

One of the most main problems is regional inequalities in Turkey. In order to sustain the lives of individuals in a healthy way, the supply of health services, and the potential of utilization from these services are among the factors that reflects the level of social development of the region. Furthermore, the choice in the direction of developed regions of healthcare personnel is also directly related with the level of socio-economic development of provinces. Due to the fact that health indicators are one of the main factors that determine the level of development, the lack of health services affects development negatively. The purpose of this study is to determine of health status of Manisa with health indicators.
