The work contract establishes a permanent relationship of debt between the parties in question on the basis of mutual trust. Given the permanence of this relationship, the employer is concurred to have a utility that is worthy of protection in the recognition of the personal qualities of the worker within the span of a trial period. Our legislation comprises rulings on contracts with trial term alone. By way of identifying the differences between the work contracts with trial term and those with trial aim, this articles discusses the conditions and the consequences of contracts with trial term in the light of the regulating rulings.
