Yazılım ergonomisi: atatürk üniversitesi öğrenci bilgi sisteminin ergonomisinin incelenmesi

Bu çalışmanın amacı Atatürk Üniversitesi öğrenci işleri otomasyon programının ergonomi kriterlerine uyup uymadığını ve kullanıcıların programın ergonomisi hakkındaki düşüncelerini araştırmaktır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda öncelikle ergonomi bilimi genel olarak kavramsal çerçevede tanıtılmış, daha sonra, ergonomi kurallarının bilgisayar programları için kullanılması bağlamında yazılım ergonomisi konusu açıklanmaya ve yazılımın ergonomik olup olmadığını ölçmek için kullanılacak kriterler ortaya konmaya çalışılmıştır. Son olarak anket sonuçları ergonomi kriterleri çerçevesinde değerlendirilerek programın kullanıcılar tarafından ergonomik bulunan ya da bulunmayan özellikleri belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır.

In this study, it is aimed to examine whether Atatürk University Student Information System complies with the criteria of ergonomics and what the users think about the ergonomy of the program. With this purpose in mind, first of all, ergonomics is broadly introduced within the conceptual framework. Then, in the context of the use of ergonomics rules for computer programs, the subject of software ergonomics is introduced and the criteria that may be used for determining whether software is ergonomic or not are presented. Finally, the results of the survey are assessed within the framework of criteria of ergonomics and it is also tried to find out the features of the program that may be found ergonomic or not by the users of the program
