Conjoint analysis is a statistical technique used in market research to determine how people value different features that make up an individual product or service. This study investigates to determine residental preferences of the healthcare workers. Then, 393 healthcare working in Erzincan were presented the 16 selection card created from the Orhogonal array. Additionally, they are requested to give the sequence numbers to the selection cards according to the residental preferences. Moreover, the most valued variables in their residental preferences and the most ideal type of residental are tried to determine by analysing the obtained data. According to the results of the conjoint analysis, the most important variable in there sindental preferences of the participants is the floor variable. Furthermore, the most preferred resindental type is determined as the resindental having 150-180 m2 surface, central heating system, car park, and play ground, being also in city centre, inside a site, and on the third floor.
