Erzurum alt bölgesindeki kobi’lerin mevcut durumları, sorunları ve çözüm önerileri

Küçük ve orta boy işletmeler (KOBİ’ler) hem dünya genelinde hem de Türkiye’de toplam üretimin %100’e yakın bir bölümünü gerçekleştirmektedirler. Erzurum Alt Bölgesinde de bu oran %99 civarındadır. Bu çalışma ile Erzurum, Erzincan ve Bayburt illerinden oluşan Erzurum Alt Bölgesindeki KOBİ’lerin mevcut durumlarını ve genel sorunlarını tespit ederek uygun çözüm yolları önermek amaçlanmaktadır. Bu amaçla, ilgili illerde bulunan imalat sanayi işletmelerine 187 adet anket uygulanmış ve sonuçlar SPSS paket programı aracılığıyla değerlendirilerek yorumlanmıştır. Elde edilen bulgulara göre, bölge işletmeleri geleneksel bir yapıya sahip ve aile işletmesi özelliği göstermektedirler. Ayrıca, teşviklerden yararlanılamadığı, ihracata yönelik üretimin az olduğu ve finansman sorununun çok önemli olduğu gibi temel sonuçlara da ulaşılmıştır. Çalışmada ulaşılan bu sonuçlar doğrultusunda çözüm önerileri de sunulmaya çalışılmaktadır.

Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) realize approximately 100 % of the total production both in the world Turkey. This ratio is about 99 % in Erzurum sub-region. This study aims to determine the current positions and general problems of the SMEs in Erzurum sub- region consisted of Erzurum, Erzincan and Bayburt Provinces and to suggest suitable solutions to the problems. Fort his purpose, 187 questionnaires were given to the manufacturing intusrial businesses in the related provinces, and the results were evaluated by means of SPSS packet program. According to the findings obtained, the region businesses have a traditional structure and illustrates a family business character. Besides, the main problems we have determined are little or no benefiting from the incentives, less production ariented to export and important finance problems. Finally, solution proposals according to the findings obtained are tried to be presented.
