çok alanlı kararlılık ölçeği’ni türkçeye uyarlama çalışması

Bu çalışmanın amacı, Haraburda’nın (1998) Çok Alanlı Kararlılık Ölçeği’nin (MDDS) 22 maddelik dört faktörlü özgün yapısının Türk kültüründe geçerli olup olmadığını ve dört faktörlü yapısal modelin verilerle uyumlu olup olmadığını (model-veri uyumu) belirlemektir. Doğrulayıcı faktör analizi (DFA) sonuçlarına göre faktörlerinde düşük yük değeri verdiği ve başka maddelerle yüksek düzeyde ilişkili olduğu saptanan iki madde (9. ve 21.) ölçekten çıkartılmış ve analiz tekrarlanmıştır. İkinci kez yapılan DFA sonuçları, 20 maddeden oluşan ölçeğin 4 faktörlü özgün yapı ile tutarlı ve toplanan verilerle iyi uyumlu olduğunu göstermiştir. Cronbach Alfa iç tutarlılık katsayısı, ölçeğin tümü için .86, genel karar alt ölçeği için .64, çatışma çözme alt ölçeği için .62, sosyal ilişkilerin seçiminde kesinlik alt ölçeği için .73, sosyal ilişkilerin seçiminde kolaylılık alt ölçeği için .56’dır. MDDS’deki maddelerin düzeltilmiş madde-toplam korelasyonları madde-faktör için .45 ile .12, madde-ölçek için .17 ile .48 arasında değişmektedir. Üst % 27 ile alt % 27’lik grupların madde ortalama puanları arasındaki farklar için uygulanan t testi sonuçları, tüm farkların üst %27 grup lehine anlamlı olduğunu göstermiştir.

The aim of this research is to determine whether or not the original structure of Haraburda’s (1998) 22 item, four factor multi domain decisiveness scale (MDDS) is valid in Turkish culture and whether or not the four factor-structural model is compatible with the data. According to the results of the confirmatory factor analysis (CFA), the two items (9. and 21.), which were found to produce low load values in their factors and which were found to be in high relationship with other items, were removed from the scale and the analysis was repeated. The results of the CFA showed that the 20-item scale was coherent with the 4-factor original structure and that it was compatible with the data collected. Cronbach Alpha internal consistency coefficient was .86 for the overall scale, .64 for general decisiveness subscale, .62 for conflict solving subscale, .73 for subscale in the certainty choice of social relations, .56 for the subscale in the easiness choice of social relations. The corrected item-total correlations of the MDDS items were between .45 and .12 for item-factor, between .17 and .48 for item-scale. The results of the t tests that were applied the find the differences between the average item scores of the top 27% and the bottom 27% groups showed that all the differences were significant in favour of the top 27% group.
