özel idarelerin il ekonomilerindeki yeri ve önemi üzerine bir uygulama

Türkiye'de halkın yerel ihtiyaçlarının karşılanmasında faaliyet gösteren önemli kurumlardan birisi il özel idareleridir. 1864'ten beri faaliyette olan bu kuruluşların ekonomik etkinliği ülke kalkınması için önemlidir. Bu nedenle, il özel idarelerinin iktisadi yapılarının doğru analiz edilmesi ve uygun politikalar geliştirilmesi gereklidir. Çalışmada öncelikle İl özel idareleri çok kısa teorik bilgilerle tanıtılmıştır. Daha sonra kurumun yöneticilerine uygulanan anketten elde edilen veriler vasıtasıyla mevcut durum, sorunlar ve yapılması gerekenler tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Elde edilen veriler SPSS paket programı kullanılarak analiz edilmiş bulgular hem frekans dağılımı ve yüzdeler cinsinden hem de Anova testi ile analiz edilmiştir. Teorik ve uygulama bilgileri doğrultusunda sonuç ve öneriler yapılmıştır.

The Special Provincial Administrations are one of the important institutions which function to meet the local needs of the public ın Türkiye. Economic efficiency of these institutions which have been functioning since 1864 is important for the development of the country. So it is necessary to analyse the economic structure of special provincial administrations properly and to develop expedient policies. In this study, firstly special provincial administrations were introduced with a short theoretical information. Then, a survey was applied on administrators of these institutions. By means of gathered data, it was tried to determine the state of play, the problems of these institutions and due. Data were analyzed using SPSS packet program and findings were both evaluated according to frequency distribution, rates and using Anova test. In accordance with the theoretical and emprical information , results were explained and suggestions were presented.
