Doğu anadolu bölgesi ve özel istihdam büroları

Bu makalenin amacı, Doğu Anadolu Bölgesinin ve Elazığ ilinin, özel istihdam bürolarının dağılımındaki payı ile bölgenin ve Elazığ ilinin sosyo-ekonomik gelişme düzeyi arasındaki ilişkinin ortaya konulmasıdır. Bölgenin ve Elazığ ilinin coğrafi konumu yanında, nüfus, eğitim, istihdam ve imalat sanayi göstergeleri sosyo-ekonomik göstergeler olarak bu ilişkinin belirlenmesinde kullanılmıştır. Sonuç olarak, Doğu Anadolu Bölgesi ve Elazığ ilinin özel istihdam bürolarının dağılımındaki payları ile bölgenin ve Elazığ ilinin sosyo-ekonomik gelişme düzeyi arasında ilişki vardır. Elazığ ili örneği, bölgesel düzeyde bunu doğrulamaktadır

The purpose of this paper is to investigate the relationship between the share of the East Anatolia Region and Elazığ province in the distribution of the private employment agencies and the social- economic development level of the region and Elazığ province. Beside the geographical location of region and Elazığ province, indicators of demographic, educational, employment as the social–economic indicators have been used for determining this relationship. As the result, there is a relationship between the shares of the East Anatolia Region and Elazığ province in the distribution of the private employment agencies and the development level of the region and Elazığ province. And the case of Elazığ province is approved this relationship in the regional level
