"Risks faced by all businesses may arise at unexpected times and can be difficult to
manage. Unexpected situations with a negative impact on the whole of the enterprise
are called crises. Correct management of crises is crucial in virtual organizations, at
least in the same way, if they need and are vital in traditional businesses. Because
virtual organizations are more susceptible to crisis situations. The aim of this work is
to clarify how the crisis, which is an important issue to be managed for each business,
can be addressed in virtual businesses. As a matter of fact, a significant part of the
business is crisis management in businesses that run on the public network. In the
study, the source scanning method was used. Using the academic and sectoral sources
related to the subject, a systematic approach to the crisscross approach of virtual
organizations was sketched in a compact manner. It is expected that the work will be
a step towards ensuring that virtual organizations, which are increasing every day, are
prepared for crises. This work can be expected to shed light on academic work, which
is usually done in all businesses, especially in virtual organizations, in the field of
crisis management."
