This study aims to examine the notion of clinical supervision which has lately been a primary supervision technique in the contemporary world and it is in accordance with the notion of supervision which carries great importance for the organizations to fullfil their objectives and to plan their activities in order to reach their goals towards the direction of the process. Clinical supervision is a supervision technique, appeared after the 1960s, derived from medical studies, stating the class in which the supervision was done and developing the teachers‟ behaviours containing teaching processes. In this study following subjects are examined: Concept of supervision and its importance; principal functions and assumptions of clinical supervision; human relations, teacher evaluation and characteristics of superviser in clinical supervision; models and cycles of clinical supervision and limitation of clinical supervision.
