One of the most important tools for performing job security contested dissolution case. Case of appeal by the employer without showing probable cause dissolution or termination of the workers against abiding by the procedure laid down in the law can refer to emerge as a way to appeal. Dissolution and termination appeal proceedings can be found to be invalid and as a result, the worker’s return to work can be achieved. Contested dissolution action aimed at protecting workers from the scope of job security is one of the vehicles.
