Günümüz uluslararasi siyasal sistemin yapisi ve güç dağilimi

Bu  çalışmada  uluslararası  sistemin  yapısı  ve  güç  dağılımı  ele alınmıştır.  1991’de  iki  kutuplu  yapının  sona  ermesinin  ardından küresel  politikanın  yapısı  hakkında  farklı tezler öne sürülmektedir: Bunlardan biri, uluslararası sistemin ABD’nin güdümünde tek kutuplu olduğudur. Diğeri, ABD-Çin arasında  çift  kutuplu  bir  yapının oluşmaya  başladığıdır.  Bir  diğer  tez  ise,  uluslararası  sistemin  çok kutuplu bir  yapı  arz  ettiğidir.  Buna  karşın,  büyük  güçlerin  güç kapasiteleri  ve  bunu  uluslararası  politikaya  uygulama  yetenekleri neorealizme  göre  analiz  edildiğinde  tek  ve  çok  kutupluluk arası  bir yapı göze çarpmaktadır.

In  this  study  the  structure  of  the  international  system  and  the power distribution are analyzed. In 1991, after bipolar structure came to an end, a number of theses have been put forward regarding the structure of the global politics: One thesis is that in guidance of the USA,  international  system  is  unipolar.  Another  is  that  a  bipolar structure  started  to  develop  between  the  USA  and  China.  Another thesis  is  that  the  international  system  has  a  multipolar  structure. Nevertheless, when the power capacity of the big powers and their ability  to  apply  it  to  the  international  politics  are  closely  examined according  to  the neorealism,  a  structure  which  is  in  between  a unipolar and multipolar structure comes out.
