Sosyo-demografik özellikler ve girişimcilik ilişkisinin yerel kalkinma bağlaminda değerlendirilmesi (bayburt ili örneği)

Günümüzün dünyasında girişimcilik, üzerinde dikkatle durulması gereken konulardan biridir. Girişimcilik, hem sosyal, hem de ekonomik hayatın vazgeçilmez bir parçasıdır ve aynı zamanda toplumların kalkınma düzeylerini belirleyen önemli bir faktördür. Bu nedenleri göz önünde bulundurarak gerçekleştirdiğimiz bu çalışmadaki ilk amacımız, pilot bölge olarak seçtiğimiz Bayburt ilinin hem sosyal, hem de ekonomik hayatında önemli bir aktör olan esnaf kesiminin girişimcilik özelliklerini belirlemektir. Çalışmadaki ikinci amacımız ise, esnafın girişimcilik özelliklerinin, sosyo-demografik özelliklere (yaş, cinsiyet, medeni durum, eğitim düzeyi ve gelir düzeyi) göre anlamlı bir farklılık gösterip göstermediğini ortaya koymaktır. Böylece bu iki amacı gerçekleştirmek suretiyle Bayburt ilinin yerel kalkınma düzeyi ile ilgili genel bir değerlendirme yapılmış ve mevcut yerel kalkınma düzeyinin yükseltilmesi için bazı öneriler geliştirilmiştir. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre; Bayburt esnafının girişimcilik düzeyi orta seviyededir. Sosyo-demografik özelliklere göre yapılan Anovave t analizleri sonucunda ise, cinsiyet ile belirsizliğe tolerans, medeni durum ile risk alma ve eğitim düzeyi ile risk alma ve başarma ihtiyacı arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı farklılıklar tespit edilmiştir. Yaş ve gelir düzeyi ile hiçbir girişimcilik özelliği arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir farklılığa rastlanmamıştır.

In today’s world, the entrepreneurship is one of the issues to be focus on carefully. Both the entrepreneurship is an indispensable part of the social and economic life, and at same time it is an important factor determining the development level of the societies. By taking into consideration these reasons, the first purpose of this study is to determine the entrepreneurial characteristics of the trades sector who is the important actor of both social and economic life of Bayburt. The second purpose of study is to whether the characteristics of the trades show significant differences according to the socio-demographic attributes. Thus it had been made an overall assessment about the level of the local development of Bayburt and it had been developed the advances for raising the current level of the local development by accomplish these purposes. According to the research results; the level of entrepreneurship of Bayburt is moderate. At the result of Anova and t analyzes were performed to socio-demographic attributes, there are significantly differences between the gender and the tolerance for ambiguity, the marital status and risk taking, and the educational level and risk taking and the need of success. There are no significantly differences between the age and the level of income and the entrepreneurial characteristics.
