Geleceğimizi emanet ettiğimiz gençlerimizin kariyerlerindeki en önemli basamak olan üniversite eğitimlerini başarılı şekilde tamamlamaları, dolayısıyla yetişmiş insan kaynağı hem kendileri açısından, hemde ülkelerin geleceği açısından topluma kazandırılan en büyük değer olarak görülebilir. Öğrencilerin eğitim hayatları boyunca genel olarak karşılaştıkları problemler başlıca öğretim ile ilgili problemler, barınma, beslenme, sağlık ve diğer problemleridir(Korkmaz, Yüksek Öğretim Gençliğinin Problemleri, 2000). Detaylı olarak incelendiğinde görülecektir ki, bu problemlerin temelinde ekonomik sıkıntılar yer almaktadır. Öğrenci gelir düzeyinin
mevcut durumu ile yaşanılan sıkıntıların arasında anlamlı bir ilişki olup olmadığı, tespit edilmesi durumunda olması gereken gelir düzeyinin miktarı ve edinme yolları bu çalışma ile ortaya konulmaktadır. Öğrencinin yaşadığı problemler insandan insana farklılık göstermekle birlikte öğrenci olması nedeniyle kendisinden beklenilenin akademik başarısının mümkün olabildiği kadar yükseltilmesidir.
Buradan hareketle çalışmamızda; Kırgızistan-Türkiye Manas Üniversitesi Meslek
Yüksekokulu öğrencilerine yönelik anket uygulanarak gelir düzeyleri ile akademik başarıları arasındaki anlamlı ilişki araştırılmaya çalışılmış olup, konu ile ilgili yapılacak diğer araştırmalara da ışık tutması amaçlanmıştır. Anket uygulaması yardımı ile toplanılan veriler SPSS istatistik programının 20. Versiyonu ile analizi yapılmış, hipotezlerin test edilmesinde frekans (f) ve yüzde (%), Ki-kare testi ile akademik başarı ve öğrenci geliri arasındaki ilişkilerin anlamlı olup olmadığı yorumlanmıştır.

The most important step for youth’s careers whom ween trust our future is to complete their university education successfully, therefore the human resource can be seen as the maximum value in the community both for them themselves and for their country’s future. The main problems that students are facing in general education through out their lives are the educational problems, housing, nutrition, health and other problems (Korkmaz, Higher Education Youth Problems, 2000). When examined in details, we can distinguish that the basis of these problems are the economic problems. (As may be examined in detail, on the basis of these problems is the economic problems.) Difficulties experienced in the income level of the student with a significant relationship between the current situation is whether the income level to determine the amount that should be the case and is revealed by this study to obtain routes. In addition that problems experienced by the students vary widely from person to person, because of being a student they try to raise their academic achievements higher than they are expected. (expected him to raise the academic achievement as possible.) Starting our work from this point, Kyrgyzstan-Turkey Manas University, Vocational School students are being practiced to work for a research of the significant relationship between their income levels and academic achievements (of the survey explored a significant relationship between academic achievement) and have been working on other research to shed light on the subject is aimed. The data was collected with the help of survey research and was analized with the 20 th version of SPSS statistic Program, in the test analisys of hypothesis,
