Aile içi kadına yönelik şiddetin biyo-psiko-sosyal sonuçları üzerine bir çalışma

Bu çalışmanın amacı kadına uygulanan şiddetin ne yönde ve ne ölçüde olduğunu belirlemek ve nasıl değiştiğini saptamaktır. Çalışmada farklı eğitim kademelerinden gelen, farklı sosyo-ekonomik düzeylerden ve eşlerinden çeşitli yollarla şiddete maruz bırakılmış 12 farklı kadın üzerinde vaka incelemesi yöntemi kullanılarak açık uçlu sorular sorulmuş ve görüşme tekniği kullanılmıştır. Sorular ve görüşme yönteminde odak nokta bireylere yönelik şiddetin türü, şiddete maruz kaldıktan sonraki tepkileri ve şiddetin psikolojik açıdan ne tür sonuçlar doğurduğu (depresyon, anksiyete) yönündedir. Alınan cevaplar nitel olarak analiz edilmiştir. Araştırmamıza katılan bireylere yönelik şiddetin türü, şiddete maruz kaldıktan sonraki tepkileri ve sorular sorulmuştur. Elde edilen bulgular doğrultusunda; şiddete maruz kalan kadınların özellikle fiziksel şiddete maruz kaldıkları bunun dışında sözel, psikolojik ve cinsel şiddete maruz kaldıkları da belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca katılımcılar şiddet sonrası ailelerine geri dönmediklerini, psikolojik destek aldıklarını, duygularını paylaştıktan sonra rahatladıklarını, evliliklerinin ilk dönemlerinin genellikle olumsuz geçtiğini belirtmişlerdir.

The aim of this study to find out what aspects, types and extend of violence against women was applied in the cases which were used in the study. In this study it was tried to determine the sort of violence, how it was applied and what kind of psychological changes and reactions were seen on women. In this study open-ended questions were asked to twelve domestic violence victim who come from different educational levels, different socioeconomic status and had been exposed to violence in various ways by their husbands. Different interview techniques were used in the study (Traditional interview techniques, the case interview technique, behavioral interview techiques). The answers which were got from the study were analyzed qualitatively. The individuals participating in our research were asked some questions about the type of violence they were exposed, the responses after exposuring the violence and what kind of psychological consequences of violence they had (etc. depression, anxiety). According to the findings which were got from the cases, it was found that the women in the study exposed to violence in all forms, especially physical violence and also they exposed to psychological, verbal and sexual. The women in the study stated that they decided to separate from their husbands because of constant domestic violance, they received psychological support, relieved after sharing their feelings and usually expressed the first period of their marriage negatively.
