Lise ii fizik ders kitabının fizik öğretmenleri tarafından değerlendirilmesi

Eğitim ve öğretim etkinliklerinin planlanmasında, uygulanmasında, değerlendirilmesinde ve geliştirilmesinde ders kitabının önemli bir yeri bulunmaktadır. Öğretim araç ve gereçleri yetersiz, laboratuar imkânları sınırlı, aile çevresinin desteği zayıf ve sınıfları kalabalık olan yörelerde ise ders kitabı, öğretmenin en büyük yardımcısıdır. Fizik dersi çoğu öğrenciye göre anlaşılması zor olan, soyut ve karmaşık bilgilerden oluşmaktadır. Öğrencilerin bu yargıya varmalarında mevcut fizik ders kitaplarının biçimsel görünümü, yapısı ve konuyu sunuşu önemli rol oynamaktadır. Fizik dersinin korkulan bir ders olmaktan çıkması için fizik ders kitaplarının çağa uygun, toplumun ve bireyin ihtiyaç ve isteklerini karşılayacak şekilde düzenlenmesi de gerekmektedir. Bu çalışma 2006 - 2007 eğitim-öğretim yılında Konya ili merkez ve merkeze yakın bazı ilçelerindeki toplam 45 fizik öğretmeni ile yapılmıştır. Hazırlanan "Fizik Ders Kitabı Değerlendirme Ölçeği", Lise-II Fizik ders kitabı ile birlikte öğretmenlere verilerek öğretmenlerden bu ölçeğe göre Lise-II Fizik Ders kitabını değerlendirmeleri istenmiştir. Elde edilen veriler, öğretmenlerin cinsiyet, okul türü ve kıdem değişkenleri açısından incelenmiş ve SPSS 11.00 istatistik programı ile analiz edilmiştir. Yapılan istatistiksel analiz sonuçlarına göre fizik öğretmenlerinin büyük bir bölümü Lise Fizik-II ders kitabının yetersiz olduğu görüşündedirler.

Textbook has an important place in planning, applying, evaluating and improving of the educational and instructional activities. In the vicinities, where the educational and instructional equipment are inadequate, laboratory facilities are limited, the support from the family is poor, and the classrooms are crowded, it is major helper of the teacher. The physics course consists of information, complex and difficult to understand, according to the view of most students. In reaching of the students such an opinion, the formal appearance, structure and presentation the subject of the available physics textbooks play an important role. In order to remove the physics course from a being scared course, it is necessary to arrange the physics textbooks in such way that they should be suitable for the time and meet the needs and desires of the society and individuals. This study was carried out with the participation of totally 45 physics teachers in some districts, central and near the centrum, of the province Konya. Being given to the teachers the "Evaluation Criterion Scale for the physics textbook" prepared as well as Physics textbook, they were asked for evaluating the physics textbook according to this criterion. The data obtained were examined in terms of the gender, sort of school and length of service of the teachers, and analyzed through Statistical Program SPSS 11.00. According to the results of statistical analysis carried out, the most majority of the physics teachers have some ideas that the textbook, Physics II, is inadequate.
