Post-modern çözülüş ve sağlık

Günümüzde birey saglıgınız korunması anayasalarca teminat altına alınmıstır. Hemen hemen her ülkede yasal olarak bireylere saglıklı bir çevrede yasayacaklarına, eger her hangi bir saglık sorunu ile karsılasırlarsa devletin yarattıgı kurumlarca bu sorunlarının çözülecegine dair güvence verilmis bulunmaktadır. Ülkemizde de durum farklı degildir. Anayasamız bireylere saglıklarının korunacagına dair güvence vermis ve devlet kurumlarına da görevler yüklemistir. Ancak, uygulamada bireyler bu güvencelerden yararlanamamaktadırlar. Her gün medya aracılıgı ile bir saglık skandalı ile karsılasmaktayız. Hastanelerde kuyruklar bitmek bilmemektedir. Açıkca bireylerin en temel sosyal hakları korunamamaktadır. Bunun yanında Batı ülkelerinde ileri sürülen kuramlar, saglık sorunlarında da Post-modern bakıs açıları gelistirmeye baslamıslardır. Buna göre, insan saglıgı artık bir tüketim toplumun temel tasıdır. Modernist dönemde, bir bütün olarak düsünülen insan bedeni, bu yeni dönemde parçalanmıstır. Bireyler kendi bedenlerini ancak, çesitli vasıtalarla tanımakta, bedeni üzerindeki kontrolünü yitirmekte ya da böyle bir klasik kontrol anlayısı anlamını kaybetmektedir. Post-modernizm, bireylerde ve toplumlarda “parçalanmıslık” duygusu yaratmaktadır. Batı ülkelerinde ileri sürülen postmodernist ilkelerin yaygınlık kazanması, azgelismis saglık durumunu iyilestirmeden çok, daha karmasık hale getirecektir. Ülkemizin uzun zamandır çözümlenemeyen saglık sorunları, refah toplumunu yaratmıs ve simdi de bu toplumu asmaya çalısan kuramların ileri sürdükleri göz önüne alınmadan çözümlenecek gibi degildir.

The protection of every indivudals’ health has been safeguarded today by almost all constitutions, especially in European countries. It is ensured that each member of the society hold the right to live in a clean environment and if they face up a health problem, state organisations would solve all of them immediately. This is not different in our country. Turkish constitution also ensures the right to the people that their health problems would be solved by the state organisations such as hospitals and also imposed certain duties on these organisations. However, these targets have never been realised in practise. It is not surprising for all of us to hear scandalous news relating to human health in media and to see endless queue of the people waiting to see a doctor in hospitals. These prove us that despite the imperative articles of the constitution, the health of individuals cannot be protected effectively. Yet Western originated theories have claimed that the new era called post modernism has changed our view towards the health problems. In this period of history as asserted in this article, human health is now an element of consumption society. Individuals are loosing their control over their own body since post modernist way of thinking damaged the wholeness of it. This article admits that post modernism will likely make the health problems much more complicated rather than helping to solve them. For this, to be successful in solving them, the theories that played a vital role in creating welfare state in the West, called modernist theories, must be primarily taken into account in undeveloped countries.
