Sektör temsilcilerinin meslek yüksekokulu öğrencilerini algılamalarına yönelik bir araştırma

Meslek Yüksekokullarının amaçlarına uygun eğitim ve öğretimin önemli bir parçasını endüstride yapılan eğitim (staj) oluşturmaktadır. Hem endüstrinin yüksekokulları tanıması, hem de öğrencilerin meslek yüksekokullarını benimsemesi açısından bu son derece önemlidir. Bu çalışmada; işletme yöneticilerinin, meslek yüksekokulları işletme programı öğrencilerini stajları esnasındaki algılamalarının nasıl olduğunun, genel düşünce ve önerilerinin belirlenmesine çalışılmıştı.

Internship is an integral part of two-year-technical college education. This is an important part for the purpose of the education being done at those schools. The internship programs give an apportunity to the students and industry to get better understanding of the two-year-technical college education programs. In this study, industrial managers were asked their opinion about the students’ internship programs while the students were at their plants. The managers’ sugesstions and ideas about the two-yeartechnical college education programs were asked and studied statistically.
