In this study, its aimed to research emotional intelligence levels of hospital employees and patient satisfaction levels; thus measure the relation between emotional intelligence and patient satisfaction. This research is conducted in city center of Isparta covering six hospital staff and their patients. Data collection process is gained through 2 groups by the form of 2 surveys consisting two parts each. Wong&Law Emotional Intelligence Scale (WLEIS) is applied to the first group and satisfaction scale is applied to second one. Finally, the relation between emotional intelligence dimensions and inpatients' satisfaction is studied.In the context of study, in order to display the relation between emotional intelligence and inpatient satisfaction, the hospital clinics are set as base. By Spearman Correlation Analysis, it is researched whether there is a relation between the emotional intelligence dimension scores of each employee of the clinic and satisfaction levels of inpatients of the clinic. Results of the analysis have shown that emotional intelligence sub-dimensions have relation with patient satisfaction dimensions.
