The magazine named Gürbüz Türk Çocuğu was first published in 1926 and continued to be published for ten years. The magazine was published by the Social Services and Society for the Protection of Children with the purpose of giving information on subjects relating to children’s to health, social training and educational issues. Among the many subjects covered by Gürbüz Türk Çocuğu, the magazine published articles for parents with advice and suggestions for different seasons of the year. For example, the magazine would cover articles on frequently seen illnesses in different seasons, dressing according to the season, nutrition, holidays and sports. Besides information given by children's doctors and specialists, there would also be articles translated from foreign languages, drawings and photographs illustrating the needs of children in summer, winter, autumn and spring. This article is a survey of the magazine with children and seasons in mind. In this study, how this magazine had established the relationship between healthy child and seasons.
